Please download our vendor application and print & fax your application to 416-504-7490 or e-mail your application to sarah@comeasyouare.com. Successful applicants will be contacted by December 7th 2007. Fees for tables and contracts are due by January 4th 2008. Vendor fees are $100 for the two days. A small amount of tables will be made available on a first-come-first-serve-basis and space is accordingly 8 feet by 4 feet with table or without. Submission deadline is December 10th 2007 at midnight.
