Space is limited and vendors are carefully curated.
Applications should be submitted before January 24th, 2012. Fees are due by February 1st, 2012. Vendor fees are $113 including HST (Fair only 12pm - 8pm) OR $146.90 including HST (Fair plus Cabaret 12pm - 1am). A small number of tables will be made available on a first-come-first-serve-basis and space is accordingly 8 feet by 4 feet with table or without.

About this year’s event!
The 2012 Erotic Arts and Crafts Fair will be taking place on Saturday February 11th from noon until midnight (12pm Feb 11th until -12am Feb 12th) at the Gladstone Hotel, 1214 Queen Street West. The fair itself will run from 12:00 noon until 8pm with vendor set-up beginning at 9:30am.
In addition to the regular daytime/evening event, this year we are shaking things up with the addition of the Erotic Arts And Crafts Fair CABARET running from 9pm until approximately 10:30 pm followed by DJ’d after party until midnight! EACF vendors may choose to keep running their booth until the end of the event for a small additional fee (see below).*
The event is free for the public to attend and promoted through a PR and marketing campaign, targeted postering, and a print ad campaign. The Gladstone Hotel is wheelchair accessible.
Costs for Vendors
- Vendor fee for 8’ x 4’ space, 12pm-8pm = $113 (HST included).
- Vendor fee for 8’ x 4’ space, 12pm-12am (throughout cabaret and after party) = $150 (HST included)
- A limited number of tables with tablecloths will be made available on a first-come-first-serve-basis – please arrive as early on as possible to snag a table, or bring your own if you prefer!
- Space with or without a table is 8 feet by 4 feet.
- Signed contracts and vendors fees are due on or before February 1, 2012 (Fees payable by cash or by cheque made out to “CAYA Co-operative Ltd” or “Come As You Are”)
- Vendor contracts will be sent to successful applicants upon approval and must be signed and submitted with payment.
